Terms of use

1. These terms
This site is operated by Ovio House LLC, a design practice in Atlanta, Georgia ("Ovio", "we"). By using oviohouse.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
These terms govern the site. They do not govern a design engagement — that is governed by the Client Services Agreement signed for it, which prevails over these terms for anything it covers.
2. What the site is for
The site describes Ovio's practice and its work, states prices, and lets you request a conversation or submit an inquiry. It is information and an invitation to make contact. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting a form does not create an engagement. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a Client Services Agreement.
3. Not advice
Nothing on this site is medical, nutritional, dietetic, allergy, health, legal or financial advice. The Dietary, Health and Food Safety Disclaimer published on this site applies to everything on it and is incorporated into these terms.
4. No reliance
While we strive for accuracy, information on the site may not always be complete, current, or error-free. You should not rely on site content as the sole basis for decision-making.
5. Prices
Prices shown are in US dollars, are for the engagement described, and may change at any time. A price shown on the site does not bind Ovio until it is stated in a signed Client Services Agreement. Any tax that applies is added.
6. Our content
All copy, images, photography, page designs, the OVIO wordmark, proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and related intellectual property are owned by Ovio or licensed to Ovio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view the site and print or download pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, frame, or use any part of the site to build or market a competing product or service without our written permission.
You may not use automated systems, bots, crawlers, scraping tools, data-mining tools, or artificial intelligence systems to access, extract, reproduce, or use the content of this site without our prior written permission.
7. What you submit
When you submit a form you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to give it. Do not submit anyone else's personal information without their knowledge, and do not send us medical records, financial account details, or anything you consider highly sensitive through a website form.

8. Third parties
The site is hosted and served using third-party services, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
9. The site is provided as it is
We take care with the site but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Georgia law permits, Ovio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability arising from the site will not exceed $100 or, if you are a client, the fees you have paid under your Client Services Agreement.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify Ovio against claims arising from your use of the site in breach of these terms or of the law.
12. Changes
We may change these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after that is acceptance. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in DeKalb County, Georgia.
14. Accessibility
We intend the site to be usable by everyone. If you have difficulty using any part of it, write to info@oviohouse.com and we will help and work to correct the problem.
